2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data collected through Facebook or our website, you can follow any of the methods below:

Option 1: Data Deletion via Facebook

Go to your Facebook account settings.
Navigate to “Apps and Websites”.
Locate any app or integration associated with AIMS-Digital Pty Ltd or AIM Marketing Suite.
Click “Remove App”.
After removal, Facebook automatically sends a data deletion request to our systems, which triggers removal of all stored user data associated with your Facebook ID within 7 business days.

Option 2: Manual Data Deletion Request

You may also request manual deletion of your data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Please include:

Your full name
The email address or Facebook account ID linked to your data
A short description of the data or activity you wish to remove

Upon verification of your identity, we will process your request and confirm deletion within 7–14 business days.

3. Data Retention Policy

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or contractual reasons.
Once a deletion request is received and verified, all personally identifiable data is permanently removed from our systems and backups.
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for business performance or security monitoring.
